Sauvignon Blanc

Vino Sauvignon Blanc

This wine is distinguished by intense and refined aromas of elderflower, lime, grapefruit, green apple, and freshly cut grass, harmoniously intertwined with subtle mineral notes. Thanks to a microclimate with pronounced differences between day and night temperatures, the grapes retain their distinctive varietal aromas, lively acidity, and exceptional freshness, giving this wine remarkable elegance and longevity. On the palate, the wine is dry, fresh, and full-bodied, with a harmoniously balanced structure and vibrant acidity that accentuates its fruity character. The taste is dominated by citrus notes, green apple, and subtle nuances of tropical fruit, while pronounced minerality and a gentle saline tone, characteristic of vineyards influenced by the Danube, add to its complexity. The finish is long, refreshing, and elegant, with persistent citrus and mineral notes that leave a clean and exceptionally pleasant impression.
